City of Janesville Golf Courses Update

We are excited to be open and provide an outlet for recreation and activity for the residents of Janesville and our guests.  Our team is closely monitoring the impact of COVID-19 and taking preventative measures to ensure that we are providing the highest level of service and cleanliness to our guests. This situation remains fluid and may change at any time.

We are following the guidelines established by the Rock County Department of Health and the CDC for preventing the spread of the virus, and as such we have implemented additional measures at our facility to mitigate risk and reduce the spread of germs. This includes the following procedures:

1. The Clubhouse –
   1. Masks are recommended while inside of the clubhouse.
   2. The Golf Shop is open, with social distancing and point of contact measures in place.
   3. The Café at Riverside is currently closed.
   4. Card payments are preferred and recommended, cash payments are accepted.
   5. We have installed plexiglass shields at all points of sale as an additional layer of protection for staff and our guests.
       
2. The Golf Course and Range
   1. The golf courses are currently closed for the season.  Riverside will open as course and weather conditions allow.  Blackhawk is planned to open on April 1^st, 2022.

The health and safety of our staff and guests is our highest priority. We will continue to work with health experts to ensure that our staff is informed and prepared to host you at Blackhawk and Riverside Golf Courses.  However, as we have told our staff, if you are feeling sick or exhibiting any signs of illness, please stay home.
